1. Filling the form

Please, fill the registration form below. It only takes about 3-5 minutes to complete. 

  • Please use only English or Latin letters when you fill the form!
  • Do not use foreign letters and characters. It can not be displayed.
  • Do not use special characters, such as (#, $, &) etc...
  • Do not use line breaks!
  • Questions with * mark must be filled.
  • We do not take responsibility for typos and incorrect sentences.

2. Purchase Yearbook

After you completed the form you will have a chance to purchase your 2024/25 Yearbook. There are only two ways of ordering your Yearbook:

  • Option 1: in the end of this registration form (Thank you page).
  • Option 2: After your registration in the confirmation email sent to your email address (university email and personal email), please check your junk and spam folder as our confirmation email might end up there.
